Proactive Sales Management
The Sales Management Program focuses on two essential elements: pipeline management and coaching of sales representatives.
The content of the program includes various topics such as sales management, target image of future sales culture, pipeline management, goal setting, and follow-up of sales reps. Participants will learn how to differentiate between sales and service behavior, develop a clear target image of desired sales behavior, and gain hands-on experience in driving sales development. They will also learn how to coach sales reps, motivate them, and conduct case training.
The desired outcomes of this program are a better target image of desired sales behavior, better pipeline management, clear and measurable activity actions on sales reps, increased security in steering towards a more proactive sales culture, better skills in coaching and follow-up of sales reps, and increased networking between sales managers in Sdiptech.

This program is aimed at CEOs, Sales Managers, and BU Managers who want to develop a more proactive sales culture and drive their sales organization to the next level.
Duration
The program runs for a total of 5 days, split into two 2-day sessions with a 1/2 day online session in between. The program is designed to be spread out over 4-6 months to allow participants to implement their new skills and knowledge in their daily work.
